It seems that the upcoming “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” film is sparing no expense and strategies in order to successfully launch the DC Extended Film Universe out into the open, as reports have been coming regarding the exorbitant budget of the upcoming film. Aside from this, it seems like a new marketing campaign has been launched that will hopefully not disappoint fans of the comics and the movies. Read on to learn more about the rumored budget of the upcoming film, and as to what steps they are taking to market the film to a broader audience.
“Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice”, the film that will launch the upcoming DC Extended Universe to the silver screen and into the annals of history, alongside the already successful MARVEL Cinematic Universe, is quite literally sparing no expense or marketing strategies in trying to ensure that the film will be as good as everyone hopes it to be.
According to Latino Review and IGN, it seems that fans should be expecting a lot of good quality sound and visual effects. A rumor has been circulating that the budget for the film is currently already around $410 million dollars, which makes the film more expensive than both upcoming Justice League movies combined, as that will be costing Warner Brothers $500 million for both movies.
However, this will not be the superhero film with the largest budget of all time, as MARVEL’s “Avengers: Infinity War I and II” will cost Disney and MARVEL studios a total of around $ 1 billion, with only $400 million going into the payment of the creative team and the actors, which is not a surprise, as MARVEL studios will have to pay several famous actors such as Robert Downey, Jr.
Aside from this, it seems that a new LexCorp website, according to Screen Rant, has been launched. It launched its very own Lex operating system.
Here, fans can register to the site in order to get updates from the website and regarding the movie, as the entire site is still a work in progress.
This website, of course, is central to the upcoming film’s viral marketing campaign, which began during New York Comic Con, where LexCorp provided free WiFi and portable cellphone chargers for the Comic Convention’s attendees.
