‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ Casts Jeffrey Dean Morgan?

Jeffrey Dean Morgan is known for movies like “Watchmen,” “The Possession” and “The Losers” but now he will probably known for an even bigger role in his career. If reports are to be believed then the actor just hit jackpot for he will be playing the role of Thomas Wayne in the upcoming “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.”

According to Screen Rant, there have been numerous rumors surrounding the movie. Rumors like what the story of the movie will be and what characters will fans get to see. Will this movie lead us to something bigger? But recently one portrait caught everyone’s attention and has been the talk of the town for some time. The portrait that was spotted on the sets of “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” looks very familiar to someone who has been pivotal in the life of our Dark Knight. After having one look at the portrait one could assume that it is of Thomas Wayne who happens to be the father of Bruce Wayne aka Batman. It was a tragedy on one fateful night that changed everything in young Bruce’s life. Having witnessed the murder of his parents right in front of his eyes compelled Bruce to take on the persona of the thing that he was afraid of the most and later convert his fear into his enemies.

This supposed portrait of Thomas Wayne looked somewhat like Jeffrey Dean Morgan and that was enough to let the sparks fly about Jeffrey being possibly cast for the role and reuniting with his “Watchmen” director Zack Snyder. When the actor was recently on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” he was asked about the movie and the way he dodged the question was pretty great. He responded that he himself does not know anything about it and audiences will have to watch “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” for themselves to figure out if he’s a part of the movie or not. The movie, which is rumored to give a little insight about itself in the upcoming San Diego Comic Con, which will be taking place in about two weeks, fans should hope to await some really big news that might be on its way.
