The Red Hood anti-hero is speculated to be a major character in Ben Affleck’s lone Batman movie, which has been currently making noise in the reboot big-screen camp. Read On!
Ben Affleck will be donning the cape and cowl once more in a said reworking of “Batman” movie franchise, which will pattern its story-arc from the “Death in the Family” and “Batman: Under the Hood” as reported by Screen Rant.
It has been mentioned by the website that the released trailers of both DC Universe movies, “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” and “Suicide Squad” are closely linked to the “Death in the Family” comic plot of the Dark Knight. The story arc, which was published in the 1980s, featured the maniacal Joker given Jason Todd (the second Robin) a severe beat down leading to his death. The incident leaves the Dark Knight shaken up after.
Joblo gave a postulated synopsis of what the rumored film will be which will be directed and co-scripted by the “Gone Girl” actor:
“Jason Todd will rise from the grave as the mysterious Red Hood and will assume the persona of a Batman who is link to criminal acts. However, the reincarnated Todd will give the original Batman hints about his true identity which will come to a closing stage both the Red Hood and his former mentor Batman along with the Joker in a clash of wills”.
Geoff Johns is noted for his comic book works with Aquaman, Batman, Justice League, The Flash and Superman as the co-writer.
Before this recent development, a fan theory began circulating on the internet that the Joker was entirely Robin in Batman v Superman trailer and the Suicide Squad promo pic, Independent U.K. reported.
It stirred quite a huge argument as the fan post also mentioned that Robin’s costume which is visible with perforations in the trailer has the similar likeness to a supposed “spot” on Joker’s trailer for the Suicide Squad.
