“The Big Bang Theory” (TBBT) Season 7 Episode 21 “The Anything Can Happen Recurrence” aired on Thursday, April 24, 2014, at 8:00 p.m. On CBS. Find out what happened as Sheldon embarked on a new experience. Read on to find out more about MNG’s “The Big Bang Theory” recap of the said episode.

Previously on “The Big Bang Theory” (“The Anything Can Happen Recurrence” Season 7 Episode 21), Howard (Simon Helberg) was busy taking care of his recovering mom (Carol Ann Susi). Raj (Kunal Nayyar) was keeping him company. Raj’s girlfriend, Emily (Laura Spencer), was into horror movies. Geeks such as these boys may have been really good with science, superheroes and games and game stuff. But, somehow they are not into horror films. Howard watched a horror movie with Raj.

Then, the horror night came as Emily arrived at Raj’s apartment. Raj confessed to her that he was not really into that kind of film. What made Raj watch the film? It was when Emily confessed that she was into that sort of stuff because it turns her on.

Sheldon (Jim Parsons) was trying to come up with a replacement for string theory. He asked Leonard’s (Johnny Galecki) opinion about the topics on his list. When Leonard suggested something, Sheldon crossed it out. Basically for the reason that Leonard suggested it.

Then, a light bulb came into view, suggesting an anything-can-happen Thursday.

As Penny (Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting), Leonard and Sheldon walked in the streets of Pasadena in search of a new restaurant, they bumped into Amy (Mayim Bialik) who was supposed to be sick and Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) who should be working late. Sheldon and Penny asked Bernadette and Amy why they lied to them. Bernadette said that she was fed up with Penny whining about her movie career, which Leonard surprisingly agreed with. As for Amy, she was indeed sick—sick with Sheldon’s rants about the string theory. You see, Amy and Bernadette were just trying to find a break from their complaints.

Penny would not back down without a fight, so she called Howard and talked about Bernadette. Somehow instead of getting Howard to get mad at Bernadette, he got excited because of the idea that Bernadette would be wearing a Catholic schoolgirl outfit that night.

The night went on and Penny took Sheldon to a psychic. The psychic told Sheldon that he should give himself to a brunette wholeheartedly for things to work to his advantage. She said that this brunette plays a vital role in his life, both personal and professional. Could it be that a certain brunette had something to do with this?

Then, Amy showed up in Sheldon’s apartment wearing a schoolgirl uniform. As for Sheldon, she did not clue have a clue why Amy was dressed that way. Oh, Sheldon!
