‘Black Widow’ Solo Movie Trailer Gives Hope To ‘Avenger’ Fans [Watch Video]

An impatient fan can no longer wait before Marvel finally announces “Black Widow” would take over the big screens. However, it appears Marvel has not plan to release a series any sooner for “Black Widow” unlike most of the characters in Avengers.

A lot of rumors have been going around about a “Black Widow” movie slated for release. However, as we take a look at the slate up until 2019, no Black Widow film is on the line up.

A report from CNET said that one fan could be enough to help executives change their minds about starting to plan out for “Black Widow.” This was after a fan named Christopher Hailey made a trailer that could probably get movie makers to think.

Hailey needed a to submit a final output for his class on Adobe After Effects. This was when he took the initiative in creating a title sequence for “Black Widow”. The supposed-to-be franchise debut featured names of the dream cast. Of course, Scarlett Johansson was casted as Black Widow. It also featured great Portishead soundtrack and silhouettes like that of a James Bond flick. Hailey also chose Rosamund Pike of “Gone Girl” to play the villain in his project.

The concept of the fan made Black Widow trailer was also further explained after being posted on YouTube on May 12. Hailey said he decided to make Yelena Belova as Black Widow’s villain. He also added that there was no one perfect to play villain than someone who thought she was superior to Black Widow. Furthermore, he said Alexi Shostakov–the Red Guardian played Belova’s super soldier who was also the former lover of Natasha.

Hailey also included Clark Gregg and Ming-Na Wen in his fan made Black Widow trailer. Check out the video below and tell us what you think by sharing your thoughts on the comment box.
