It seems like evading the law, and figuring the bigger picture will the least of Raymond “Red” Reddington’s (James Spader) and FBI Agent Elizabeth “Liz” Keen’s (Megan Boone) worries, as they will be facing a new and dangerous enemy in this upcoming season. Aside from this, the title of the second episode of the third season has been release, which makes fans of “The Blacklist” wonder what the format of each episode in the third season will be. According to exclusive reports on Entertainment Weekly and on the official website of TV Guide, aside from dodging the authorities, Raymond “Red” Reddington (James Spader) and FBI Agent Elizabeth “Liz” Keen (Megan Boone) will also have to contend with other villains that they will have to confront, such as a villain named Mr. Solomon, who will be portrayed by “X-Men: First Class’s” Edi Gathegi.
According to the reports, Mr. Solomon will be a dangerous new enemy, who will end up placing someone that Red cares about in a dangerous position that would be detrimental for everyone involved.
Also, the report on Entertainment Weekly describes Gathegi’s character as a “monster in a suit”, who handles some of the more unpleasant parts of the Cabal’s businesses.
Recently, Fashion and Style released the news that the second episode of the third season will be entitled “Marvin Girard”, which makes fans wonder if the series will still follow the previous season’s format, in which every week a new Blacklister was pursued. However, with Liz and Red on the run, and with the Task Force concentrated on capturing them, it seems that the Task Force would be too busy to catch any other Blacklisters, unless Red and Liz are the ones pursuing the new villain of the week.
