Previously on “Blue Bloods” (“Insult to Injury” Season 4 Episode 16 air date: March 7, 2014), Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) received a phone call from a suicidal caller named Jill (Bess Rous). As they talked, Jill warned Danny that her call is more than just asking for help. Jill told Danny that she plans to kill the person who killed her parents in an accident before taking her own life. Danny tried to locate Jill but to no avail. While having their stressful conversation, Jill mentioned the name of the killer, Drew Dekker. Before kidnapping Drew, Danny finally located Jill’s brother and asked him where Jill would commit her crime.
Jamie (Will Estes) was challenged to nab the person producing counterfeit money in an undercover operation. But he managed to control himself and reported it to the Secret Service.
