Naruto fans, listen up! Weekly Shonen Jump has finally announced last week that the much-awaited “Boruto: Naruto the Movie” will premiere on August 7, 2015 in Japan. Aside from the release date, the magazine also unveiled a movie art that features both Hokage and Boruto Naruto. Based on the new information released, it seems like the movie has decided on a new tagline, “That’s tacky, Hokage/ Crappy Old Man.”
Fans of the popular anime will also be pleased to find out that the cast of “Boruto: Naruto the Movie” has been announced. According to Anime News Network, the powerhouse cast includes Yuko Sanpei (Boruto Uzumaki), Kokoro Kikuchi (Sarada Uchiha), Junko Takeuchi (Naruto Uzumaki) and Noriaki Sugiyama (Sasuke Uchiha).
The newest “Boruto: Naruto the Movie” will reportedly focus on Bolt and his father Naruto, his friend Salada, and the Hidden Leaf Village. Fans can expect a lot of action scenes as it would involve the return of the dangerous Orochimaru. Spoilers also teased that the movie will feature all new characters.
Masashi Kishimoto proudly shared that he wrote the screenplay of “Boruto: Naruto the Movie” all by himself. He said that he had been involved not just in the story but in the character designs as well.
“After the serialization finished, I have spent all of my time used to spend for manga to this movie. Here is the Naruto movie that I have really wanted to make,” he said to Crossmap.

In the new Naruto movie, Sannin is still obsessed with immortality and the forbidden jutsu. Orochimaru, previously, tried to possess Sasuke’s body so that he will have a longer life and will have the Uchiha clan’s powerful Sharingan. Orochimaru will again attempt charm Salada, the daughter of Sakura and Sasuke. He also plans to lure Bolt, son of Hinata and Naruto.
