Brooklyn Nine Nine” Season 2 Episode 8 “USPIS” will air on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014, at 8:30 p.m. on FOX. Jake and Charles will be assisted by a U.S. Postal Service investigator in their search for drug dealers. Before we get into the details, let’s have a short recap from the events of last week.

In “Lockdown” (air date: Nov. 16, 2014), the precinct has been subjected to a lockdown following an incident with Charles Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio), who found white powder among his possessions. Tough luck for everyone who remained at the precinct as this was Thanksgiving night. They were asked to stay put, with no one leaving or coming in, pending the tests on the powder done by lab experts.

Prior to this, Jake (Andy Samberg) has been left in charge of the precinct as Capt. Holt (Andre Braugher) and Sgt. Terry (Terry Crews) were going to an event. Amy (Melissa Fumero) was not sure Jake was taking charge properly, as there were victims, criminals and lawyers mixed up together during the lockdown.

Jake had this idea of making the lockdown fun, but Amy was in the opinion that Jake should be upfront to everyone about what was really going on. They needed to keep it peaceful and orderly. When Jake told one of the lawyers in confidence about the powder, the guy panicked and immediately shouted that there was an anthrax scare. Everyone at the precinct panicked too, and a riot was brewing.

Eventually, though, Jake and the rest of the staff were able to control the situation. However, he admitted to Amy that he did badly as the officer-in-charge. But Amy told him that it’s not yet over, and he can redeem himself by taking charge. So Jake did man-up and put things back in order, just as the captain and sergeant returned to the precinct.

Capt. Holt, by the way, monitored what was happening at the precinct at Sgt. Terry’s house, where he met the sergeant’s brother-in-law, Zeke. Terry confessed to Holt that he was being belittled, but somehow that day, Zeke was being nice to him, thinking that he’s got a jerk for a boss.

Before they left Terry’s house, he asked one request from the captain. Could he maybe scream at him in front of his brother-in-law so that he would really think he’s had it bad with his boss? They would bond over that, and Zeke would finally stop belittling him. The captain granted the sergeant’s request.

Spoiler Alert: “Brooklyn Nine Nine” Season 2 Episode 8 “USPIS” will air on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014, at 8:30 p.m. on FOX.

In this episode, an investigator from the U.S. Postal Service will be joining Jake and Charles for their hunt of drug dealers. Jack Danger, the investigator, is kind of a nerd though. Will he get along with the other two?

Meanwhile, Amy has a bad vice, which she will try to quit. Wouldn’t you believe it? The straight arrow has a slight curve, as she’s actually a smoker, and it looks like Gina will help her get rid of this bad habit. Will she be able to do this without much incident?

You can check out the photos for this upcoming episode as posted on SpoilersGuide.

The episode will feature comedian Ed Helms as guest. He will play Jack Danger.

And that’s what viewers can expect to happen on “Brooklyn Nine Nine” Season 2 Episode 8 “USPIS,” which will air on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014, at 8:30 p.m. on FOX.
