This seems to be happening a lot in recent times. Nothing can be kept as a secret on the web these days. With advancement in technology, more and more sensitive information about things around us continue to become more accessible. Marvel Studios is the latest one to witness something similar as a partial footage from their upcoming anticipated movie “Captain America: Civil War” just made its way on the web.
According to Movie Web, if the new promo art was not sufficient enough to reveal which hero is siding with whom in the upcoming “Captain America: Civil War,” a partial footage from the movie has apparently leaked and has shown some crucial scenes from the movie. The said footage shows important scenes like Captain America’s brawl with Crossbones, Hawkeye fighting with Black Widow, Iron Man and War Machine staring at Falcon, which is immediately followed by a shot that shows Captain America and his team charging forward for an attack. The entire team can be seen during the attack and it clearly proves that a terrible outcome should be expected. The media outlet also reported that the story follows after the events in “Avengers: Age of Ultron” where an Avengers mission goes terribly wrong and that leads to government issuing the Superhero Registration Act that further divides the superhero team into two sides.
We Got this Covered shared the 17-second low quality footage that in a way shows these major scenes quite clearly. With completion of the filming, Marvel Studios will now look into ferociously promoting their upcoming venture and perhaps even release a trailer in a better quality. This isn’t the first time a trailer from the Marvel camp has been leaked online. “Avengers: Age of Ultron” trailer too was leaked online but Marvel Studios took it in a humorous way at the time and blamed it on the fictional antagonist agency HYDRA, which is also a part of MCU.
