There’s something evil in “Captain America: Civil War” that will be playing both the sides and yet remain inconspicuous about everything. Baron Zemo, one of the most known adversaries of Captain America will be appearing in the upcoming movie but in a bit different look.
According to Comicbook.com, Daniel Brühl who was promoting his upcoming movie “Burnt” in which he is starring alongside Bradley Cooper gave some insights about his character Baron Zemo. The first thing the actor mentioned was that Baron Zemo in the movie is not wearing a mask. It is different from the film because in the comics, the mask got stuck to his face because of a super adhesive that the villain was preparing. It was because of his fight with Captain America that his own super adhesive got stuck to his face and remained there forever. The media outlet added that fans should be looking forward to seeing a new avatar of the villain who will reportedly be quite a bit different than what people are expecting to see. The actor added that his Baron Zemo is loosely connected to the character and there’s one thing he really likes about the folks at Marvel, which is the way they deal with certain characters and elements, it always is in reference to current events.
On being asked if his character will be seen again in other movies in the MCU, the actor cleverly hinted that the way it has been written, there is a possibility of that. Flickering Myth in their report added the reason why Marvel is praised is because their characters tend to be really close to their comic book alternatives though they are taking a difference approach with Daniel’s character.
“Captain America: Civil War” will see the “Avengers” split up in two sides and battle each other in a midst of a common enemy who will reportedly manipulate both the sides. The movie will release on May 6, 2016.
