It seems like another unexpected addition will be added to the “Castle” family when ABC’s long-running mystery and crime procedural returns to the airwaves this coming September 21, 2015. However, in a surprise twist, according to the report, this addition to the family, which will be affecting the relationship of a particular partnership within the series, will not be happening to the main couple of the series. WARNING: This article contains spoilers regarding the wonderful new addition to the “Castle” family. Read on only to learn more about who this is, and to whom this will happen to.
Ever since the main couple got married, fans of the “Caskett” couple, and of the show, have been wondering whether or not the newly minted Captain will be on the family way, especially as she is less in the field, and more desk-bound than before.
This, of course, was further fuelled by Captain Kate Beckett’s actress, Stana Katic, who recently posted an adorable Instagram photo of the “Castle” babies who were born to her “Castle” cast mates during the past seven years that they had been working together.
However, according to their report, in a surprise twist, it turns out that the expectant parents are none other than the Ryans, making this their second bundle of joy.
With regards to the expectant father, Detective Kevin Ryan (Seamus Dever), who has already been taking extra jobs on the side in order to save up enough money for little Sarah Grace’s future, according to showrunner Terence Paul Winter, with Beckett’s promotion, will be even more worried about his own career, as it will affect the future of his two children.
This, of course, will provide some conflict between him and his longtime partner, Detective Javier “Javi” Esposito (Jon Huertas), as Ryan begins to worry more about the future.
