The future of ABC’s “Castle,” it seems, is currently fraught with speculations and worries as fans of the murder mystery drama are wondering how much longer they can take the current storyline, and as several rumors have been appearing on the internet that spells the doom of a major character in a television show, although it isn’t hinted as to what show it was pertaining to. Thankfully, fans of the series can now rest easy as the showrunners, as it seems, have come out of the woodwork to address that particular question. Aside from this, as the television season is heading headlong towards the November sweeps, several interesting items regarding what to expect in the November episodes have come to light. WARNING: This article will contain spoilers for the episodes of “Castle” that will be airing in November 2015. Read on to learn more about the rumor that has been buzzing around and to learn more about these upcoming episodes.

When it comes to television audiences, there are several classifications of viewers- there are those that avoid spoilers and look forward to see how the storyline will pan out, and there are those who prefer to be spoiled and look forward to guessing what will be happening next. These types of viewers’ appetites are often whetted by various news and updates, anything that they can get their hands on, including interesting rumors that leads to rampant speculations.

One such rumor that has been going around the rumor-mill is the fact that it seems like a particular character, a “co-lead” in a “well established show,” to be exact, according to TV Line’s most recent blind item feature, will be seeing the Grim Reaper in the television season’s upcoming fall finale.

This then caused rampant speculation that it just might be possible that Captain Kate Beckett (Stana Katic), from the ABC show “Castle” might meet her maker sooner than most might think.

However, in response to this, show runners Alexi Hawley and Terence Paul Winter have addressed the rumor by telling Entertainment Weekly that they are not planning on killing Becket and that they do not have any plans at all to kill anyone else on the show.

According to them, the show’s major character death toll ended with the great Captain Roy Montgomery (Ruben Santiago-Hudson) who had been shot dead in Season 3, while trying to protect Bekcett, when she was beginning to dig into her mother’s murder.

However, fans of the show should expect more excitement in the next couple of weeks, as the November sweeps is finally here.

According to TV Line, the upcoming episode, “Cool Boys,” which guest stars Adam Baldwin reprising his role as the gruff Detective Slaughter, will provide fans with a male perspective of what is happening between Richard Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Kate, as Castle will be forcibly pouring out his heart to Slaughter.

The next episode after that, which will be entitled “The Last Seduction,” will guest star Lindsay Price and Andrea Roth,  as their latest case will be landing directly on the Castle’s first wedding anniversary, which is bound to be pretty awkward, given the state of their marriage for the time being.

Also, it was teased that Beckett was indeed true to her word, and sent Detectives Kevin Ryan (Seamus Dever) and Javier “Javi” Esposito (Jon Huertas) to couples therapy.

Finally, “Mr. & Mrs. Castle,” the game changing fall finale will air on November 23. According to the showrunners, the episode will not end with a cliff hanger, but it will tease how the Castle’s will be towards each other when they return in January.
