Catelynn Lowell Introduces Baby Novalee to ‘Teen Mom’ Cast

Catelynn Lowell finally introduced her daughter Novalee to her “Teen Mom OG” co-stars. The proud mom revealed her thoughts regarding the sweet and rewarding moment. Read on for details.

Novalee spent her first days in Michigan. Lately, in such a young age, she already experienced an out-of-town travel with Mommy Catelynn and Daddy Tyler Baltierra. MTV reported that Lowell and Baltierra brought their New Year’s Day baby all the way to New York City for a special press conference. As expected, the family met the other “Teen Mom” castmembers including Maci Bookout, Farrah Abraham and Amber Portwood.

In Lowell’s “Featured Moment” segment, the young mother let Bookout carry Novalee. She confessed behind the scenes that the moment was emotional because it had been years since she has not seen her, co-stars. She said it was fun showing her adorable newborn to her friends.

“I think it was really nice to have the four of us original girls together again, just to see everyone — and it was years [since] we’ve all seen each other,” Lowell said in the segment.

Obviously, the travel to New York was not sunshine and rainbows for Lowell. She admitted that it was “hectic” and “crazy” to take care of Novalee while he was busy running around for the event. She was not surprised that Novalee became upset some time during the trip. It was because the baby was so used to staying at home.

However, Lowell was taken aback when Novalee was in her best behavior during the plane ride. She expected to be the mom with a crying baby on the plane, but Novalee proved her wrong. Novalee slept most of the time and stayed happy when awake.

“Teen Mom” Season 5 airs every Monday at 10:00 p.m. on MTV.
