“Celebrity Apprentice” Season 7 Episode 2 “Nobody Out Thinks Donald Trump” aired last Jan. 5, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. on NBC. After the elimination, Kate and Jamie exit to return to their team. Kate lashes out directly on Brandi, calling her lazy. Brandi says she did not mean it. She explains that she just meant Kate did not do much in the challenge.

For the next challenge, each team must create a video commercial for Neat and their new innovation when it comes to cleaning digital clutter. Kenya is not present, but she will return later.

Donald directly asks both teams to pick their project manager. Kevin gladly accepts the role because he is confident with technology. However, Team Infinity is having a hard time choosing their project manager because of lack of knowledge in technology. Kate just accepts the role because no one wants it.

Kevin is taking Lorenzo and Ian for the creative planning because he believes in their experience in filming. Geraldo thinks it is Kevin’s way of sabotaging him. They are in separate cars. When Kevin called to talk about their plans, Geraldo just keeps on messing with him, suggesting ridiculous ideas. Kevin thinks it is hopeless to continue the conversation so he hangs up.

In the office, Kevin meets with the executives for further explanation of the product. Geraldo suddenly talks with someone on the phone in a really loud voice that disrupts the meeting.

Finally, it is time for the teams to show their presentation. Both project managers are optimistic with their presentation judging on how they see the executives’ reactions.

In the boardroom, Donald announces that Team Infinity wins because of their clear presentation of the product. Team Vortex lacks focus in presenting the product name and company. Kate receives $40,000 for her charity Camp Barnabas, which is devoted to physically and mentally impaired children who have nowhere else to go.

After the women left the room and deliberation of team’s faults, Kevin decides to return Ian and Geraldo in the boardroom. Donald cannot understand why not take Lorenzo instead because he was the director. He immediately realizes that Kevin tries to eliminate Geraldo in thinking that he and Ian are strong to stay in the competition. Donald fires Kevin because he cannot see the point in terminating Geraldo and Ian.

The next challenge is with the food company Luvo. The company’s mission is to provide food that is delicious, wholesome and accessible. The challenge is to create a Luvo bistro and present the dishes in an entertaining and informative way. They must create a unique slogan and choose their menu available in Luvo. The criteria is brand messaging and overall presentation.

Team Infinity’s project manager is Viviva while Terrell is Team Vortex’s. The choices are surprising for Donald. The winning project manager will win $50,000 for chosen charity.

Teams have their own turn in presenting their dishes one by one with different speakers. Both teams do well in the presentation despite drawbacks. Jamie is insulted by Kenya who just grabbed her tray inside the kitchen. She cannot accept Kenya’s “insincere” apology. On the other hand, Team Vortex’s presentation is going smoothly until Gilbert makes a sexually inappropriate presentation while the guests are eating.

In the boardroom, Team Infinity wins because their slogan fits the company more. Team Vortex’s slogan is not enough to capture the brand, and Gilbert’s antics were not necessary. In the end, Gilbert is fired.
