Charlie Sheen threw shade at “Two and a Half Men” producer Chuck Lorre as he was not at all happy with how the series finale turned out. Sheen even went as far as to threaten Lorre saying that he must have felt “very safe” where he lived, given how he dissed his character in the episode.
Are we still surprised? Charlie Sheen has always been known for being brutally honest. In a brief sidewalk interview with TMZ, the actor opened up on how he felt when his character was re-introduced, only to be killed off again. It might have been three weeks since the “Two and a Half Men” series finale aired, but it looks like Sheen has definitely not moved on.
Sheen accused Lorre of being “stupid,” “unevolved” and “immature.” He added that he was surprised that the producer felt comfortable dissing him in his face. He then lashed a not-so-vague threat at Lorre.
It has been rumored that Sheen would appear in the season finale. Speaking to People, Lorre revealed that Sheen was actually offered a spot but he turned it down. He added that the finale was supposed to be funny, in which viewers saw a piano dropping on the head of a lookalike of his character, Charlie Harper. Obviously, the joke did not sit well with Sheen.
Sheen had been fired from “Two and a Half Men” after publicly dissing the show producers. He infamously called Lorre a “clown” in one of his interviews.
