“Chicago Fire” returned last Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015, at 10:00 p.m, on NBC with a bang, as the premiere episode of the season, managed to answer and resolve some burning questions that fans were left hanging with during the break. However, as the ball is rolling once more, fans and viewers should expect more romance, drama, action, heartwarming moments, friendship and camaraderie, and several investigations to occur in the upcoming season, as teased and previewed  in the upcoming, second episode of the season, “A Taste of Panama City”, which will air next Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2015. WARNING: This article will contain spoilers for the upcoming second episode of Season 4. Read on to learn more about what will happen next to the firefighters and paramedics of Firehouse 51.

The previous episode left fans and viewers with mixed emotions as they witnessed the return of Lieutenant Matt Casey (Jesse Spencer), and how he dealt with the aftermath of everything, which, of course, directly affected Firefighter Gabriela “Gabby” Dawson (Monica Raymund). She also informed her ex-fiancee, Lieutenant Matthew “Matt” Casey (Jesse Spencer),  that she was pregnant, after he declared his undying love for her.

In other news, Lieutenant Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) threatened to leave the firehouse again after his leadership skills were questioned, and Chief Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker)  was a little bit concerned at the end. It was due to an unfair complaint filed against them by the neighbors of the drug den that had caught on fire, in which the neighbors themselves were to blame for the delay in their response.

Elsewhere, Paramedics Sylvie Brett (Kara Kilmer) and Chili had a case that left emotional, but which allowed them to get closer to each other in the end, which, according to Entertainment Weekly’s Spoiler Room, was the purpose of the entire episode for the two.

However, expect things to get a little bit more heated up in the next episode, as the show  will be launching  into several investigative storylines, although this isn’t a cop show, which were all highlighted in the promotional video that has just been released on Spoiler TV.

The promotional video showed Casey stubbornly trying to still look for Katya’s (Izabella Miko) notebook before the FBI did. It was even if he was warned to back off by none other than Sergeant Hank Voight (Jason Beghe) himself.

The clip also previewed that Boden will come under fire from Internal Affairs, and, according to the press release that was also released on Spoiler TV, the entire house will be powerless to help him out in any way.

It also previewed an upcoming arson investigation, spearheaded by Gabby.

However, it seems as if things will still get complicated from there, as the video previewed Severide pleading for the truth to come out, and as the video teased that this particular arson is part of a bigger conspiracy that the firefighters will try their best to help uncover.

Aside from this, the press release on Spoiler TV also previewed that Severide will be adjusting to his new position, and that the owners of Molly’s  must find a way to work things out amicably with their next door neighbours, whom they met in the premiere episode of the season, who were already quite irritated with them.

Do you think Severide will still be staying on in Firehouse 51? Do you think Boden will ever get replaced at Firehouse 51? Will Casey’s investigation affect Gabby? What bigger conspiracy are we looking at for this season? Let us know what you think in the comments below!

And those were the latest updates and spoilers for “Chicago Fire” Season 4 Episode 2 “A Taste of Panama City.”
