Chris Hemsworth learnt his worth while undergoing some acting preparations for his movie “Blackhat”. Apart from good looks the actor has been praised for his various roles and his approach to what is popularly known as method acting. Thor actor was in the news for his preparedness for the Ron Howard film “In the Heart of the Sea”. Such was his dedication towards the role that it took lot of emotional and physical toll on the actor and his wife. Undernourishment led to negative mood swings which the actor on more than one occasion reveled to be an ugly experience. But no obstacle can come when you are chasing your dream and passion.
Chris, also known as kip in his homeland, had a similar approach for his action thriller “Blackhat”. But the Thor image indeed became an impediment when he went to a prison to do a research for this Michael Mann movie. The actor shared his experience in “The Graham Norton Show”. He revealed how he went inside the prison and when asked by the inmates to remove the hat how the “Thor” star was revealed to everyone’s surprise and to actor’s own experience he too had a similar feeling and was taken aback by the reactions that followed.
As soon as the actor was revealed he was heckled by the inmates. Though the actor tried his best to blend with the environment, his efforts proved futile as he was constantly being heckled back with words like “Yo, come spend some time in my cell baby!” (Via People.com)
Chris known worldwide for playing the Norse god turned into a marvel superhero indeed would never be able to let off this harrowing experience. After all who can blame the inmates when there is hardly any corner in the world left untouched by the God himself!
