For all the Chris Martin fans out there, there’s finally some good news coming your way. Coldplay is releasing their seventh album “Head Full of Dreams” this December 4th and what is so good about it is the variety of collaborations in the upcoming album.
According to Entertainment Weekly, there’s a collaboration with ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow and Beyoncé along with her daughter Blue Ivy. The media outlet reports that the album is about celebrating and with Beyoncé popping up in the album is nothing but delight. She has sung a track called “Hymn for the Weekend” with Chris. Talking about his new album, the Coldplay star shares when exactly did he and his band mates get the idea of doing this album.
According to him, when they were working on their previous album they got an idea for “Head Full of Dreams” and they decided for this album they won’t be touring much instead they will be playing and performing with more jubilation. Good thing about it is that Chris believes the album was really fun to make, which is something they haven’t experienced before.
He further added that this is his favorite Coldplay song ever because with this one he sought out both Katy Perry and Rihanna to collaborate with their band and even wondering whether would it work to bring both Coldplay and these pop singers together.
Daily Star added that one should not be surprised if Chris is spotted wearing a Harry Styles T-shirt and attending One Direction concerts because it seems he has developed a little crush on the One Directioner. The Coldplay singer spoke about meeting One Direction and Selena Gomez and even added he felt like a 12-year-old kid.
Currently, looking forward to his upcoming album, the Coldplay singer has stopped worrying about people who don’t seem to like their band and calls it a very liberating feeling.
“Head Full of Dreams” will release on December 4th.
