Chris Martin Reveals About His Life’s Low Phase

Ending a relationship is not an easy task for anyone whether it is a common person or a celebrity, just because a celebrity is most of the times surrounded with lights that doesn’t mean that break-up is an easy thing for that person. In a recent interview with the Australian radio 2DayFM, our very own “Coldplay” singer Chris Martin has revealed how he felt during the time of him breaking 10-year-old relationship with wife Gwyneth Paltrow. Martin revealed some details about it during Rove & Sam’s debut on the 2DayFM.

“A few years ago I was in a low place in my life and was feeling kind of down and confused.” Martin said.

“Some friends gave me a book called Man’s Search for Meaning, and a poem called ‘The Guest’ House by an Afghanistani poet, teacher, and those two things started me off on this whole journey that’s ended up a few years later now where I just feel so happy to be alive.”

No doubt parting ways was a difficult decision for both of them but they know their responsibility as parents and that is the reason behind their appearance together from time to time with their children Apple and Moses. Martin said that his spilt with wife Paltrow was the biggest low phase of his life as it came when his career and life were going too fine.

Though, Martin and Paltrow separated with tough hearts and meeting continuously as friends because of their kids but after their split their names have been attached to personalities like Jennifer Lawrence and Brad Falchuk, respectively. Meaning both of them are moving ahead with time. They are taking care of their kids but also keeping in mind their own needs too. Past is history, so, live the present fully, this is our message to Martin and Paltrow.
