Conrad Hilton, the younger brother of Paris Hilton, was taken into custody in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood on Monday for violating a restraining order taken out by his ex-girlfriend Hunter Salomon. Read on for more details.

According to Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Officer Mike Lopez, Hilton was arrested because he was found inside his ex-girlfriend’s residence that was against the court order.

According to Thirty Mile Zone, Hilton had earlier been in a relationship with 19-year old Hunter Salomon. She is the daughter of Rick Salomon, who was infamously starred in a “1 Night in Paris” sex tape with Conrad’s older sister. Solomon said that after they broke up, Hilton became obsessive and started harassing her incessantly at her residence. She said that he even threatened to kill himself.

Hilton was arrested by a group of cops, along with helicopters that gathered at her house. He was previously arrested in February this year for threatening passengers and flight attendants while aboard a British Airways flight from London to Los Angeles in July last year. He was also spotted for smoking in the plane washroom.

“If you wanna square up to me bro, then bring it on and I will [expletive] fight you,” Hilton said at the in-flight incidence, according to the criminal complaint published by ET.

According to CNN, Hilton was placed on three years’ probation for his in-flight abnormal behavior and ordered to submit to drug test. He was also ordered to undergo mental health treatment and participate in an outpatient substance abuse program.

Hilton was sentenced to 750 hours of community service on June 16 this year for his offensive assault at the flight last year. But, he apologized and assured that it would not be repeated again. However, he is still facing charges with a felony count of recklessly driving at a speed of 90 miles per hour, fleeing the siren and evading police in Riverside County, California.
