A baddie can turn even “badder” especially when placed in a demon-infested TV show, and the demon-fighting detective “Constantine” has just gained another rival that might just hurl him in a more challenging position. He’s been a villain before, but with real demons around, we’re bound to get more “evil” from this guy. Read on for further details.
“Breaking Bad” actor Mark Margolis has just recently joined the cast of NBC’s “Constantine” as DC villain Felix Faust. In the comics, he’s a supreme sorcerer, and he’s also a frequent enemy to the “Justice League.” So, when are we going to see him?
Fans can expect Margolis as early as the Jan. 23, 2015 episode titled “Quid Pro Quo,” where Constantine is in Brooklyn investigating a mysterious plague. The series returns on Jan. 16, 2015 with a new timeslot.
Margolis may be well-known for his “Breaking Bad” role as Hector “Tio” Salamanca,” but he’s also appeared in shows such as “American Horror Story” and “Scarface.”
“Constantine” is lucky to have such loyal fans because just late last year, it was on the brink of getting cancelled. However, due to the fans’ insistence that it continues, the network moved the show’s premiere and placed it in a different timeslot, which they think might help with its ratings. The addition of this new villain, Felix Faust, may just be exactly what the show needs. Let’s cross our fingers for this one, shall we?
