“Criminal Minds” Season 11 is all under preparation and bits or revelation is done in peeps and squeaks from the sets of CBS. It is speculated that Behavioral Analysis Unit which is popularly known as BAU will be getting a new member this season. Read on to find out about more revelations of upcoming season 11 of “Criminal Minds.”

According to Entertainment Weekly, Aisha Tyler will be starred in a role of forensic psychologist Dr. Tara Lewis who specializes in criminal cases. The “Archer” actress has been roped in after the exit of Jennifer Love Hewitt and A.J. Cook, as both of them are pregnant. Hewitt might not continue after one season, but Cook is said to return after maternity leave.

Showrunner Erica Messer and other few others have already started revealing bits from the show in different interviews and social media platforms. She said in an interview that Dr. Spencer Reid might get a romantic angle of the story in the upcoming season. The writers are looking for a suitable romantic prospect to add Dr. Reids’ segment as stated by Enstarz.

According to Messer, the season for writers’ room begins from June that’s possibly when season 11 prep starts. Adding to that, she mentions they have a great group and no is felt missing as they keep coming back. It’s a great feeling to work with the core team who have known each other for so long.

The “Criminal Minds” Season 11 is said to premiere on Sept. 30, 2015, on 9 p.m. on CBS and will consist of 22 episodes. The police procedural series has been running since 2005.
