“Dance Moms” producers posted a casting call for children dancers and their moms recently in order to include in the upcoming “Dance Moms” Season 6. Is Abby Lee Miller looking to replace Maddie Ziegler? Read on for more details.
“Dance Moms” producers were looking for children dancers with ages 12 years old and below.
“If you are ready to take your kid’s career to the next level & give them the fame that they deserve, moms, this is your chance!” the poster stated via Mysticart Pictures.
The poster offered the opportunity to be trained under Abby Lee Miller, ALDC founder, once the mom’s children get accepted for the show. And prior to that, registration processes and an open call on Sept. 12, 2015 would be conducted in Los Angeles, where the children and the moms would be able to see Miller.
No Maddie Ziegler in “Dance Moms” Season 6?
While Miller said that she had doubts if she would still be at the next season, it appeared that the trainer might still be seen in “Dance Moms” Season 6 as her name was mentioned in the casting call that Mysticart Pictures posted.
Miller previously said that Lifetime was a “little in arrears on their payment plan” to her and in order for her to show up in the sixth season, there has to be a negotiation to be made and fix it. And it seemed that the payment negotiation between her and Lifetime were already fixed and a done deal.
But for her dancers, Miller said that she doubts if they would return, International Business Times reported. Maddie Ziegler also echoed it saying that she was uncertain if she would return to the show.
Speaking of the show, various fans previously reacted how the whole TV series handled these children, especially Miller allegedly crossing the line from “tough love” to verbal abuse. And now that “Dance Moms” Season 6 is in the works, here’s to hoping that the children would be treated honorably.
