It was an emotional night during “Dancing With the Stars” show that aired on Oct; 5, 2015. Allison Holker and Andy Grammer made their performance memorable as they paid an emotional tribute to a lost loved one as well as surprised all with a pregnancy announcement. Read on.
According to E! News, Grammer performed the Cha Cha dance for his own song “Good to Be Alive (Hallelujah).”
Through his emotional performance, Grammer paid his tribute to his late mom who suffered from late stages of breast cancer. He revealed that the day on the “Dancing with the Stars” show was a “really special day” for him as he was able to honor his mom as well as share his story.
Indeed, the day was special not only for Grammer but also for his dance partner. It was such a special moment for Holker when she announced her pregnancy news during the ABC dance show.
She feels incredible that she is four months pregnant. She strongly believes that the baby would have “the best posture and pointed toes” as she is dancing every day. She also revealed that her pregnancy would not affect her dance performance with Grammer.
FOX 411 reported that Holker introduced her 7-year-old daughter Weslie and her dancer husband Stephen “tWitch” Boss on the show with hostess Erin Andrews, before revealing the happy news.
Holker further added that most difficult part of the pregnancy was keeping it secret. She also revealed that the “DWTS” producers were aware of her secret, but not the other pro dancers and celebrities.
Both Andy Grammer and Allison Holker had the most memorable and special time on the ABC dance show by sharing their story with the world. Indeed, the “Dancing With the Stars” show on Oct. 5, 2015 was full of tears and emotions.
