“Dancing With the Stars” season 21 episode 5 that aired on September 28 turned out to be one of the most beloved shows as it revealed tie between two couples with nearly perfect scores. Here comes the elaborate details.

TMZ reported that Kim Zolciak Biermann suffered a mini stroke after her performance during last week’s “Dancing With the Stars” episode. Unfortunately, Kim is still recovering and hence, could not participate on the show even though she has practiced with her partner Tony Dovolani.

According to Us Weekly, Dovolani made the performance with pro Jenna Johnson as a replacement for Kim. Sadly, the couple was eliminated as announced by the show host Tom Bergeron.

Alexa PenaVega and Mark Ballas made a nearly flawless Jazz performance scoring 36 out of 40. The judges Bruno called their performance as “perfection,” and Ann called it as “genius.” Julianne complimented the couple for finally dancing as a team, while Alfonso commented, “You two can win.” Nick Carter and Sharna Burgess’s Viennese Waltz dance performance was nearly flawless to get a score of 36 out of 40.

Tamar Braxton and Valentin Chmerkovskiy’s Tango dance let them score 33 out of 40, getting some good comments from the judges. Alek Skarlatos and Lindsay Arnold scored 33 out of 40 for their Tango dance. Fan favorite Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough scored 32 out of 40 for their Quickstep dance. Carlos PenaVega and Whitney Carson’s lack of sync due to their previous clashes affected their Jazz dance performance, and the pair could score only 31 out of 40. Hayes Grier and Emma Slater’s Jive performance received 30 out of 40.

Andy Grammer and Allison Holker’s Quickstep dance performance with bad eye contact and good attitude received a score of 29 out of 40. Gary Busey and Anna Trebunskaya’s Tango dance got a score of 25 out of 40. Paula Deen and Louis van Amstel’s Samba dance performance was not up to the mark, and they scored 20 out of 40.

The two couples in danger were announced. It was Andy Grammer & Allison Holker, and Paula Deen & Louis van Amstel. Kim & Johnson’s elimination turned out be a luck for both the couples to continue in the dance show.

The two couples Alexa PenaVega & Mark Ballas, and Nick Carter & Sharna Burgess tied for the first time in the “Dancing With the Stars” show, getting nearly perfect scores.
