In anticipation of the premiere of Netflix and MARVEL’s “Daredevil”, with only a month away, the full length trailer of the series has finally been released on MARVEL’s official site.

In the trailer, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), who eventually grew up to be the superhero “Daredevil”, told the audience that he used to daydream about living away from Hell’s Kitchen, and New York City, but later on, he realized that he couldn’t be far away from Hell’s Kitchen as the city is in his blood, and because he knew that he would do everything and anything in his power to make Hell’s Kitchen a better place for everyone to live in.

The trailer also showed Matt in court, and showed him and his best friend, Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson) in their small law firm. Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) was also introduced, and showed that Matt would do everything to protect her, even if she doesn’t “see” the city anymore. Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson) was also shown, and it was seen that she marveled at the fact that Matt, even though he was blind, could see more things that those who could actually see, see.

Another part of the trailer showed that Matt, as Daredevil, was willing to get justice outside of the system, if needed, and showed a young and blind Matt getting trained by his mentor, Stick (Scott Glenn).

Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio), Daredevil’s greatest enemy in the series, was also shown. Fisk told him that he respected him, the “lone man who believed that he could make a difference”, but Matt reassured him that they had nothing in common with each other.

This is the first out of four shows that will be shown on Netflix that will feature the different members of the city defending heroic team called “The Defenders”. “AKA Jessica Jones”, starring Krysten Ritter, will be released right after, and two other shows, entitled “The Iron Fist” and “Luke Cage” will follow, culminating in a series entitled “The Defenders”.
