The band has sold more than 40 million records and has been one of the biggest live acts in the world since its inception in 1991. The band carries a distinct unique sound. No wonder people of all ages gathered around to hear their favorite tracks, “What Would You Say,” “Crash into Me,” “Crush” and “The Space Between” performed live.
Bassist Stefan Lessard says the band had gotten so much closer and even performed better as the years passed by. He adds that the group was not threatened by the younger artists as they knew that they bring something different, something “magical” to the music industry.
“I think the wisdom of older age has come into this band a little bit. Maybe some of the youthful energy has left, but there’s a different type of energy, and I think it’s just as important to share for the people that play in it,” he reveals to The Morning Call.
