In an official report, Ryan Reynolds has confirmed that Deadpool is the last superhero he will ever play. Read on to know the entire news:
There are many actors who can do anything just to get be a part in a Superhero movie and that too, to get an opportunity to play the main lead who inspires a generation but not Ryan Reynolds.
In an interview with the HuffPost, the American actor said that he loves his red suit and all the action he gets to perform but now he has no more desire to play any superhero ever in his life. Period. Ryan Reynolds has confirmed that given the fact that Deadpool is R-rated, fans has to come out for it and support the studio to make another one but if the studio ever make another one, Ryan Reynolds will not be a part of it.
‘I’ve punched that superhero card a few times now, and that’s enough.’
Apart from all this, Deadpool is rated with R and fans from around the world enjoy the Marvel Cinematic Universe but this in fact is a great news. Not every character is meant for a family audience and a change in tone is refreshing. The success of Kingsman: The Secret Service may have been the reason Fox finally relented on the rating. (or it was going to be rated R all along and they were just messing with us.)
Ryan Reynolds will reprise his role in Deadpool (we guess, for the last time) that is set to release on February 12, 2016 by Marvel Enterprises and Twentieth Century Fox. Along with Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, Ed Skrein, T.J. Millar and Brianna Hildebrand will be seen in the superhero movie. The film is directed and produced by Simon Kinberg, Ryan Reynolds and Lauren Shuler Donner.
According to Ryan Reynolds, the character of Deadpool is challenging, Wade Wilson a.k.a., Deadpool he is libertine, has a sarcastic motor-mouth. Ryan Reynolds always wanted to play Marvel’s most morally slippery superhero or one should say, super-antihero and now out of the blue the actor no longer wants to play the role of Deadpool ever again in his life.
