By Shreya Singh | 2 years ago

Demi Lovato is not just coming up with her fifth album called ” Confident,” but she sounds more confident about her body. The 23 year old singer shares her views on how she worked out physically and mentally on her body at the Alan Carr’s show Chatty Man.

The former disney star will join in Alan Calan on the sofa tonight. The singer says that she has discovered herself since the time she released her last album and added that she is now very comfortable in her own skin. “The comments from people do not affect me anymore as they used to in past”, said Demi.

Although it should not be misunderstood that is does not hurt her. Several things make her hurt if said for her body.

According to Lovato, she now recognizes her real strength and accepts the way she is. Demi had a nervous breakdown in year 2010.

Quoting  a statement of Britney Spears, Lovato said,” She(Britney Spears) correctly said that haters want a piece of me, and I do agree with her point.”

Many celebs have to face the fury of people on social networking sites for their body pictures, mostly on  instagram and twitter. Earlier, Demi Lovato stood up to an online tweeter who called her “fatty” on the micro-blogging website.

Supporting the LGBT community and admitting to experimenting sexually, Lovato said,” I am neither saying that I am a Lesbian nor do I refute the fact but there’s no harm in experimenting.”

Other than Demi Lovato, stars who would be joining Alan are Stephen Graham, Vicky McClure and Thomas Turgoose reported YourlocalGuardian.

Not only Demi but other guests of Alan Carr also  spilled the beans on the show.

Tom Hardy, who essays the role of Ronnie and Reggie Kray in “Legend, also appears on Alan Carr Chatty Man, which airs at 10pm on Channel 4 tonight. Don’t miss the show to know more.
