Previously on Episode 10 “The Fall” (air date: Sept. 1, 2014), a surprised Jim saw his supposedly dead wife looking through their family albums inside their home. Pauline told him about her “death” that she staged with Lester and Lyle. He and Pauline had a fight before agreeing to get back together for the sake of their family. They were talking over family albums when Junior arrived.

Aside from them, a lot of couples got reunited in this episode. Joe and Norrie spent a cuddling moment together while Junior and Melanie met inside the storm shelter to talk about the egg. After his encounter with Melanie, Junior started seeing Angie, who was previously killed by his Uncle Sam. Angie told him that he should think about his decision regarding the egg. Sam, on the other hand, met up with his former girlfriend, Melanie. He admitted that he was not the one who killed her, but he helped them in burying her body away.

Later on, Melanie saw Barbie again. Barbie told her that he got a flashblack of them spending time together near the newly painted red door. They learned that Don had an affair with Melanie’s mom and that they are half-siblings. She later admitted that Laura, who was Melanie’s mother, brought her there to say goodbye to him and Don before they move away.

At the school, everyone met with Hunter, the hacker who worked for Don. He has been trying to get connection outside the dome. When that didn’t happen, Hunter and Joe worked on the radar gun to get frequency. Barbie doesn’t want him to join them in finding the egg so he stayed to take photos for his blog site.

Later on, Jim arrived to talk with Barbie and the others about the egg. Phil overheard their conversation about jumping over the cliff to Zenith. Jim told them that he should be the first one to go inside, but Barbie countered that his family must stay behind.  Jim locked his wife when she tried to use a knife on him. He  was knocked out cold after trying to grab it. Jim, put a gun on Norrie and Joe to get it moving along with the egg.

Barbie assured Melanie that whatever happens their dad will chose them and not the egg. Julia said that he shouldn’t make shaky promises. They also talked about the dome as their own way of meeting each other. Melanie arrived again and told them about her final decision.

Meanhhile, Junior confronted his uncle for killing Angie. He started beating him when another vision of Angie came. She told him about the bitter truth on their previous relationship. She also said that Sam and the others cannot die yet. Her entity was gone by the time Junior says that he loved her.

The kids tried to escape and Norrie was saved by Hunter from falling. She asked why he was there and not taking pictures. They learned some drastic effects of the egg being thrown in the abyss. Pauline cannot see anymore visions and the tunnel was now closed aftter seeing Phil impaled himself on a rock below.
