Watch out North America because “Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F” is coming to theaters and they just released another trailer for the upcoming English-dubbed “Dragon Ball Z” movie. Read on for more details.
According to Anime News Network, “Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F” is a sequel to “Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods,” the latter was so successful in Japan in April 2015. It was the only country that “Fast and the Furious 7” didn’t top because of the “Dragon Ball Z” movie.
The anime film will run in North America theaters from Aug. 4 to Aug. 12, 2015, and tickets are already being sold and they are being sold so fast! So, if you are dying to catch “Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F” in theaters, make sure that you get your tickets now before it runs out!
Funimation is behind the North America premiere of the movie on April 11 is Los Angeles and in May. Chris Ayres will reprise his role as Frieza in the English dub version of the movie while Todd Haberkorn will also be joining the cast to play the role of Jaco.
Akria Toriyama, the original manga creator will be personally credited with the original concept, character designs of the new film and screenplay. He also said that the “F” in “Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F” stands for “Frieza,” who is revived in the movie.
The film is also known as “Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F” or “Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no Efu.”
