The stop-motion animation film, Early Man, has released its first trailer. The film is set to open on Jan 26, 2018, in the UK theaters. So far the production has not announced the US release date for the animation film.

Early Man follows an interesting tale of Dug, a caveman. He is the leader of his tribe. An interesting twist in the plot takes place when he has to fight against the mighty Lord Nooth in the film.

Aardman Animations, popular for their other stop-motion animations, such as Wallace and Gromit and Chicken Run, have released this trailer. Stop motion technique films are shot one frame at a time, by slightly moving the characters. Read to know more about the same.

Dug Hunts A Rabbit

The trailer begins with suspense. Dug is on a secret mission to hunt a rabbit. He is accompanied by his animal friend, Hognob. The latter signals Dug to be ready to attack the rabbit from the back side. The background music develops a curiosity to find out what is Dug up to.

Determined to kill the prey in one shot Dug raises his weapon. But before he could kill the animal, Dug’s tribe arrive playing background music which distracts him. Dug shouts at his people. And they all put off their musical instruments. Within few seconds, Hognob alerts Dug that the angry rabbit is coming to kill them!

A Hilarious Chasing Scene Between Dug’s Tribe And Rabbit

The trailer then jumps to a funny chasing scene. The angry rabbit tries to attack Dug and his tribe with his tiny weapon. This rabbit has big teeth and it seems he is all set to take on the tribe. This rabbit might remind fans of Wallace & Gromit film The Curse of the Were-Rabbit.

Finally, Dug’s tribe hits a huge rock and they pile up on one another. The funny Rabbit laughs at Dug and plays a musical instrument to tease Dug. But suddenly a small rock falls on the head on the Rabbit and with this, the trailer ends.
