Although the box office results were dissatisfying for the filmmakers of “The Expendables 3,” but it could not stop its next sequel to pave its own road. The iconic action hero of Hollywood, Sylvester Stallone may not be in the Fox’s television series “Rambo: New Blood,” but as the reports come in, he is all set to avert the earlier mistakes for “The Expendables 4” to make it a huge success.
MNG had earlier updated you that “The Expendables 4” is going to have an overall budget of over $100 million. All the earlier sequels had the similar tradition to introduce some popular action celebrities for every installment and the fourth sequel will abide by the same traditional all-action star formula. Hence, the “Assassins” actor Stallone had earlier approached Bollywood superstar and action hero Salman Khan, including Hollywood’s top actors Jackie Chan and Dwayne Johnson. On the other hand, former wrestler Hulk Hogan was also approached for the movie.
But the Bollywood hero and Chan rejected the offer and based on a report published by KpopStarz, it is confirmed that “The Expendables 4” is going to have world’s most evil man to be targeted by Stallone’s group. Hogan had proudly given a small outline of his “world’s most evil” character at the Body Power Expo in the United Kingdom in May.
“The Expendables 4” is well planned action-adventure of the popular franchise which is known for its stellar cast of action heroes, Venture Capital Post reported.
The filming of “The Expendables 4” will start in early next year. According to Den of Geek, the fourth installment is slated to hit the theaters some time in 2017.
