Fashion Police 2015 Premiere Scoop: Who Replaces Joan Rivers?

The fashion authorities are back on the premiere of “Fashion Police” on Jan. 12, 2015 at 9:00 p.m. on E! Read on to know who replaces the entertainment legend Joan Rivers.

The season starts with the Golden Globes coverage the day before the premiere. Kathy Griffin is considered to be Rivers’s replacement while reality star and celebrity stylist Brad Goreski is a fresh face on the show.

Goreski will replace George Kotsioploulos. He experienced working with Rachel Zoe and starred in Bravo’s “It’s a Brad Brad World.”

Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic will return in the hilarious and straightforward show.

The teaser video shows Griffin saying, “Anything you wear can and will be held against you.”

The 54-year-old star was a close friend of Rivers who passed away in Sept. 4, 2014. According to Executive Vice President for Programming and Development of E! Jeff Olde, Rivers was also Griffin’s mentor.

In a statement from Griffin, she warned the celebrities that she will not hold back.

“I am not holding back so DAMMIT let’s have some fun!” Griffin exclaimed.

Griffin was first known for her role in NBC’s “Suddenly Susan.” Her big break was in Bravo’s “Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List.” The show gave her two Emmy Awards for Outstanding Reality Program.

Aside from TV, Griffin was nominated in the Grammys for her six comedy albums. She is the third female artist to win the Best Comedy Album in the Grammys. Whoopi Goldberg and Lily Tomlin were the other recipients. Her debut album “For Your Consideration” made her the first-ever comedienne to be on the top of Billboard Top Comedy Albums chart.

Her autobiography “Official Book Club Selection: A Memoir According to Kathy Griffin” became a New York Times bestseller.

According to, the series will not air weekly anymore. “Fashion Police” will just air 17 new episodes for the whole year based on certain event coverages.
