There is no doubt that everyone’s favorite, “The Last Witch Hunter’s” actor Vin Diesel is highly excited with the ongoing works on “Fast and Furious 8” that will undeniably result something much more interesting in the near future. The actor earlier said in his interview with Variety that the storyline had already been prepared for numerous characters as they were dealing it for a long time.
According to a recent update released by Vine Report, along with the regular actors like Michelle Rodriguez, Jason Statham, Tyrese Gibson and Diesel himself, Cody Walker may join the cast of “Fast and Furious 8” to fill the void that was created two years back with the sudden demise of Paul Walker in a single-vehicle accident. Cody, the 27-year-old almost twin brother of Paul, also completed the remaining scenes in “Fast and Furious 7” after his elder brother’s death.
The fans are highly excited with a hope to see the face of their favorite actor, Paul and his character Brian O’Conner in the upcoming movie “Fast and Furious 8.” According some reports, including Australia Network, it seems Cody may play his role as a new car racer and O’Conner’s younger brother. However, his name is still unconfirmed and yet to be added to the film’s IMDB page.
On the other hand, another good news for the fans is that Helen Mirren and Matt Damon are going to join the cast of “Fast and Furious 8.” If the rumor emerges true, this will be the third time for the “White Night’s” 70-year old actress, Mirren that she will perform in an action movie franchise. In the action comedy movies, “Red” and its sequel “Red 2” released in 2010 and 2013 respectively, Mirren played the role of a retired assassin named Victoria Winslow.
Oppositely, Gibson wants Damon to join the cast of “Fast and Furious 8.” He recently said that it was his wish to see Damon joining the sequel.
The “Fast and Furious 8” is scheduled to hit the global cinemas on April 14, 2017.
