The Fate of the Furious aka Fast & Furious 8 recent trailer was no less than a shock for its fans. Vin Diesel’s character Dominic Toretto will betray his so-called family in the upcoming installment. Fans will get to learn about the hi-tech terrorism which is operated by a mysterious woman Charlize Theron. She is the one who has seduced Dom in the world of crime. Will Dominic Toretto fight with his own wife and family? It is going to be a super thrilling emotional ride this time.
The Fate of the Furious Latest Trailer
The Fate of the Furious has reached to New York after making adventurous rides in London, Abu Dhabi, and Cuba. The car racing has just over to another level and it is much more ahead to that. There are ice trucks, hi-tech cars, and jets this time. Certainly, this is going to very different from what audience have seen in the past sequels.
Cipher (Charlize Theron) has got control over Dom and is a master hacker. She can gain a digital control over any car around the globe. The difficulty level for is at par and the team will fight back without Dom. In fact, they unite with their former foe, Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham). However, it isn’t clear from the trailer as what their mission is all about (Via Rolling Stone).
The trailer at the end concludes with the line – “The Rules Have Changed.” It depicts that there will be a lot of things which audience is going to see for the first time like cars falling from the sky and Dwayne Johnson changing the trajectory of a torpedo. Indeed that’s quite unimaginable. Perhaps, fans hope that no character die’s at the end.
Director F. Gary Gray Word About Film
Director F. Gary Gray mentioned that the idea of Dom going against his own people was amazing. It was challenging and certainly not a normal family affair. Furthermore, he stated that Theron is a phenomenal actress and her performance in the film is brilliant. Gray isn’t sure about returning to the other any other future sequels of the Fast & Furious franchise at the moment. This is the first film without Paul Walker who died in a car accident on November 30, 2013.
The Fate of the Furious is scheduled to be released on April 14, 2017.
