Apart from a well-known singer, song writer and television host, Fergie is also the proud owner of a footwear label since 2008. She is wife to a Hollywood actor, Josh Duhamel and mother to an adorable son. Recently, she was interviewed by People Magazine and there is an interesting conversation to share with the readers.
Fergie, 40 had gone to attend the Lord & Taylor launch of her latest footwear collection in NYC. Here, she answered slew of questions of the interviewer related to shoes.
‘The Dutchess” singer said, “Each shoe has its own personality and its own character.” She loves the idea that a girl can survey the various side of her personality by trying various shoes. She believes that though every girl has a signature style but she probably would love to explore a bevy of looks.
When asked about her signature shoe, Fergie was quick to reply that she loves to wear footwear with metal embellishments. She believes that she is more of thigh-high boot girl and loves to wear them with baggier tees.
Fergie told People Magazine that her choice of footwear has changed a lot after she became a mom. She reasoned that it gets difficult to run behind a two-year-old in high heels. Now, she only wears heels occasionally and it feels special during those times. “It gets me into sensual mode,” she stated.
The Black Eyed Peas vocalist also revealed that she has some 300 pairs of shoes. She treasures a closet which has a separate area for her footwear. Fergie also expressed her desire to have a photoshoot done of it someday.
Fans are excited to see her new line of footwear and hope that Fergie wows them this time too. Her any line of footwear has never gone unnoticed so far.
