The anticipation for “Fifty Shades Darker” is so thick that fans are already too much excited for the sequel of “Fifty Shades of Grey.” New reports came in that the third movie in the trilogy “Fifty Shades Freed” will be filmed at the same time as the second installment. Read on to know more details.
However, these are only rumors circulating ever since some reports dropped hints that James Foley will be directing “Fifty Shades Darker” and “Fifty Shades Freed.” Indeed, Foley is still under negotiation regarding the two films. It is also very likely that he’s the best person for the job. Other directors who might direct the movie are Rebecca Thomas, Tanya Wexles and Mark Pellington.
On the other hand, there are still a lot of things to do before the filming commences. There are still some main characters in the movie yet to be filled. In “Fifty Shades Darker” James Hyde will be introduced along with Dr. Flynn, Leila Williams and Elena Lincoln. The most important roles in the upcoming movie sequel would be of Hyde and Mrs. Robinson’s as these two are the main antagonists of the story.
Of course, Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson are still on board to reprise their roles as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele.
No confirmation yet whether “Fifty Shades Darker” and “Fifty Shades Freed” will be directed at the same time, though. Either way, the second installment of E.L. James erotic novel will come out in 2017 while the last one would be in 2018.
