“Fifty Shades Darker” star Dakota Johnson brought to life the character of Anastasia Steele and it is a powerful ingredient in the global success of the film. In terms of her personal lovelife, does her portrayal give her an advantage or is it the other way around?
Well or course, a lot of men could be fantasizing over her now especially with the daring and provocative portrayal she did in the first movie. However, it seems like she appeared intimidating to them. In a report on E! News, Johnson had an interview with Ellen DeGeneres on the show and shared her experiences on “Fifty Shades of Grey.”
As she admitted that she is single, the TV host asked as to whether people see her more attractive or if they became more scared of her. The actress jokingly replied and laughed, “I mean, if those are the two options, I guess they’re scared of me. They either love me or they’re running for the hills…Mostly running for the hills.”
Aside from this, Johnson is often making the headlines over an alleged relationship or romance rumor with her “Fifty Shades Darker” co-star Jamie Dornan, who plays the role of Christian Grey.
Well, if this is the effect of the movie on her personal life, she will have to deal with it for the next few years because there are two more installments coming up and “Fifty Shades Darker” is set to be released on February 10, 2017.
Speaking of the latest film in the trilogy, Latin Post enumerated some confirmed information about it. The “Fifty Shades of Grey” sequel will feature a new writer and a new director as well.
Niall Leonard, spouse of E.L. James, is the new scriptwriter; hence, James can have her own touch in the movie. Then, the directing job is now assigned to James Foley. There is an ongoing rumor too that the next movie must highlight the contents (and explicit scenes) of the book since a lot of fans were unsatisfied with what they saw in the first one. So could it mean more steamy and nude scenes?
How will Dakota Johnson act out Anastasia Steele in “Fifty Shades Darker”? Will she surpass her previous performance?
