There was an umpteen of rumors in the air surrounding the delay of “Fifty Shades Darker” movie release. Initially, it was told that Jamie Dornan had taken leave for spending time with his wife Amelia Warner and his newborn. Later a rumor surfaced that Dornan’s wife was very upset and disturbed for the filming of intimate scenes between him and his co-star Dakota Johnson. Hence, the production was halted. Now once again the production of “Fifty Shades Darker” is delayed for having a new director. Go through the news to know how a new director could be the reason of a film’s delay.
The first installment of erotic franchise “Fifty Shades of Grey” was directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, but now she left the making of franchise, as confirmed by International Business Times UK, prompting the Universal Pictures to approach “House of Cards” director James Foley to spearhead the production of “Fifty Shades of Grey.”
The release date of the upcoming movie “Fifty Shades Darker” is said to have the chances of being delayed as Johnson was initially afraid of being directed by Foley, and now she is gradually becoming comfortable with him. At first, she felt hesitant and afraid when the news broke out that Foley would direct the sequel.
“There was a moment of being afraid, because I didn’t know what it was going to be like,” Johnson opined.
When she heard about Foley’s appointment, she instantly went inside her comfort zone to think over the new proposal. Later she came out and reportedly gave charming statement about Folay.
“Now I’m excited. I think James is a talented film-maker. How often do you get to reconvene with the same people and have a different spin?” Joshson added.
Whenever the movie “Fifty Shades Darker” comes out, we will always eagerly wait for it mainly to see the overall performance and love relation between Johnson and Dornan, ever more than the previous movie. However, Youth Health has recently reported that the upcoming movie “Fifty Shades Darker” could feature less intimacy between the lovable pair.
