South Korean actress Kim Yoo Jung who is finishing-up with the shooting for the upcoming drama thriller “Secret” recently spoke freely about her career and dating life to All Kpop.
The former adorable child actress, who has successfully transitioned her career as a prominent fixture in the K-drama world, had amassed thirteen television drama series and fifteen movies before entering her fifth year in elementary education.
“When I was younger, I did lots of film, but in grade school and middle school, I did more dramas. So for the movie audience, my younger self probably has a stronger impression on them,” Kim mentioned in the interview.
The awarded 16-year-old Kim, who shifted to more teenage roles in “Dong Yi,” “Moon Embracing the Sun,” “May Queen” and “Angry Mom” disclosed that “Secret” is a departure from her previous roles as she now plays a character with more “emphasis on emotional depth.”
With this new revelation in her acting prowess, Kim added that she wants to add a new dimension to her acting career so she will be able to reach her potential in the future.
“I’m always in a learning stance. Instead of hearing that I’m born with acting talent, I’d rather hear that I’m an actress who always tries her best,” Kim added.
Kim despite receiving quite a lot of accolades at such an early age also let it slipped that it would be wonderful if she would be able to share her feeling with not just her closest relatives.
“It’d be nice if I could also find a boyfriend who’d give me consolation, instead of family members.”
Admirers of the “Julius Watch” endorser are in for a buzz with a report from Inquistr. Her former love interest in “Grudge: The Revolt of Gumiho” Lee Min Ho, lately made it known to the public that he had feelings for the young actress which started during the set of the said television series.
“In Gumiho we played two people in love. We fooled around at the time a lot. However, that is probably why I started to have feelings about her,” the “Rooftop Prince” actor said.
Kim Yoo Jung and Lee Min Ho would eventually team-up and spark the screen once more in the aforementioned “The Moon Embracing the Sun.”
