Former EXO-M Member Tao Remorseful of Castigating Kris For Leaving the Group: “I don’t know if he could forgive me or not…”

Former EXO-M member Tao feels remorse about the harsh words he said towards Kris, the former leader of EXO-M after he left the group.

Tao said to Sina, “If I could switch to the person I am now, I would definitely support his choice at the time.”

When Kris left EXO in 2014, Tao castigated his departure from group saying that it is a form of “betrayal.” Kris was the first one to leave the group. As for Tao, he left EXO due to health issues and fans of the group called him out for leaving and criticising Kris for leaving the group, Kpopstarz reported.

He sat down in an interview and explained that he really did take Kris’ departure to heart and what he posted via social media regarding him feeling betrayed for him was due to to impulsivity. The fact that Kris left the group without warning angered him and made him feel betrayed, which is why he posted stuff like that against him.

Tao said that he doesn’t know if Kris could forgive him or not but if he gets the chance he would ask for his forgiveness. He also told the story on how he found out that Kris has left the group. Apparently, he didn’t know until he saw it on the news that day when he woke up. And that is also the reason why he reacted on impulse.

Meanwhile, Tao still keeps in touch with former member of EXO Luhan as reported by Sina.
