Josh Gad, the man behind the voice of Olaf in the 2013 blockbuster movie “Frozen,” has recently posted a photograph with his co-actor Luke Evans after he wrapped his scene for the 2017’s live action movie “Beauty and the Beast.” Read on to know more details.
The upcoming Disney’s movie “Beauty and the Beast” is in production, however, the Instagram post from Gad is just like a notification to the fans and followers that he has finished his scenes. The picture shows the depiction of Gad’s brotherly love towards Evans by tightly hugging his in-film evil boss. The movie will show Evans aka Gaston as a hunky, rude, narcissistic and alcoholic antagonist of the original film, whereas Gad aka Le Fou will be his loyal sidekick who is often mistreated by Gaston.
“That’s a wrap! Will miss the cast of #beautyandthebeast especially my brilliant Gaston #LukeEvans,” Gad captions his photo embracing Evans on a snow-covered concrete staircase of probably a citadel that seems to be of the Beast.
“Frozen” fans and followers are wondering that since Gad has accomplished his role for “Beauty and the Beast,” he will start working on Disney’s next project “Frozen 2” in which he is supposed to voice for the snowman Olaf, the same that he did in the first movie. A few days back, he said to the media that he was highly excited about the developments [of “Frozen 2”] and could no longer wait to have it shown to the “Frozen” fans.
The upcoming film of the director Bill Condon is the sequel of the 1991 original movie “Beauty and the Beast” directed by Gary Trousdale and Kirk Wise. The movie is mainly based on a traditional fairy tale written by French novelist Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont in 1756. The first film made a marvelous success at the box office recording $145,863,363 in revenues in North America and $351,863,363 globally.
