‘Game of Thrones’ star Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen) to replace Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele in “Fifty Shades Darker?”

The mother of dragons is having a change of heart that clashes on the views of “Game of Thrones.” Emilia Clarke has just recently admitted she feels uncomfortable shooting for sex scenes.

Clarke, who plays Daenarys Targaryen in “Game of Thrones” has been with the show since its very first season. And during her first season, she went nude already. But now, the 28-year-old actress has just raised both her hands up and said that she will no longer do topless scenes.

“Game of Thrones” is known to deliver nudity and explicit scenes and this recent revelation of one of the show’s biggest stars is quite shocking. As for Clarke, she said that she wants to be known for her acting prowess and not for her breasts. She also mentioned the fact that she’s British, which is why she really can’t stand such explicit scenes.

“Most sex scenes you see in films or on TV are gratuitous and they’re usually just to attract an audience. On screen, the subtler the better,” she said as per The Telegraph.

Well, if she’s not comfortable anymore in showing her breasts then it’s actually not an issue for most fans because they love her for her especially in “Game of Thrones” wherein she plays the fierce mother of dragons. That being said, there is no reason anymore to go nude… well, unless Khal Drogo wakes up from the dead.

We wonder what the team behind “Game of Thrones” have to say about Clarke’s statement on sex scenes.
