“Tomorrowland” actor George Clooney, who is the best friend of Brad Pitt, confessed that he has used Pitt’s name in many of his pranks.
In an interview with Graham Norton, George Clooney revealed that he has used his “Ocean’s Eleven” co-star Brad Pitt’s name in several of his pranks. In addition, there are some instances that he thought the actor could get arrested because he has crossed the line at some point.
The 54-year-old American star said that he has written a letter to Meryl Streep and signed it as Brad Pitt. Along with that letter, Clooney has sent a stack of coach CDs for Meryl Streep to help her for her role in the “Iron Lady.”
George Clooney also added in the interview that he is making these pranks from a long time and his next prank may lead him to see the light in prison because he has crossed the line this time. Fortunately the “Tomorrowland” star’s wife is a lawyer so we think he will be fine.
Not only Meryl Streep, but also Matt Damon has been victims of George Clooney’s pranks. According to Matt Damon, Clooney takes pranks very seriously and is willing to spend a lot of time thinking of ways on how to torment his co-stars. At one point, George even convinced Matt that he is gaining weight for a film and to prove the authenticity, Clooney tailored his wardrobe for many weeks.
George Clooney also admitted that sometimes his victims had no idea that he has played a prank on them.
“I’m doing one now that I can’t tell you about but in a year you are going to hear I’ve been arrested – I’m not kidding because I think I’ve crossed the line,” he later joked in the interview.
