“How To Get Away With Murder” is a critically-acclaimed drama series with unexpected twists and turns in the plot even up until the finale of the first season. Now on its season, what may viewers see in the succeeding episodes?
The show’s creator, Pete Nowalk, revealed there could be a romantic relationship that will blossom soon between Wes and Annalise in the interview he did with Entertainment Weekly, according to International Business Times. He said that the two have something distinct in their relationship. Viewers will see more of it in the episodes to come in the current season. He further explained there are different people involved in the May-December affair. This will depend on how the viewers will have their own perspective about it.
Although there’s not any definite clues how close can Wes and Annalise be in the season, there is another connection that might be highlighted: Annalise and Eve’s relationship. The complications in this bond could put additional twists in the storyline and at the same time, present a ‘lighter side’ of Prof.Keating.
In an article by TheHollywoodReporter, Nowalk admitted he intends to picture out that she is not that intense often. He explained: “I believe Annalise isn’t always as intense as she is on the show. There’s a joy there and she’s very intense and she’s very formidable, but you can’t always be that way. In order to be that charismatic, there has to be some happiness in there and I wondered what that looked like.”
The possible relationship with Wes and the complicated bond with Eve—surely, the creative mind behind the show wants to illustrate both the human nature of Annalise to love. It also drop hints that no matter how formidable and influential one person is, there are times she may choose to let her defenses down.
But how will these connections affect Prof. Annalise Keating in the long run? Viewers must not miss any episode of “How To Get Away With Murder” Season 2.
