Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably seen Justin Bieber’s hot ad for Calvin Klein. Those abs are just insane, and here’s how you can get them.
Justin Bieber is proud of his body all right. The singer has been known to post tons of shirtless photo on Instagram, but who can blame him? He definitely worked hard for his toned physique.
In a recent interview with Us Weekly, the “Boyfriend” singer revealed how he was able to get in such a great shape. He shared that he followed a strict five-day a week training session with Patrick Nilsson for 45 minutes each.
“We do three day splits: back and triceps one day, chest and biceps on day two, shoulder and legs on day three, and abs every other day,” Nilsson revealed.
Nilsson was obviously happy with the changes in the singer’s body. The celebrity trainer posted a photo of Justin taken from the Calvin Klein shoot.
The 20-year-old had really exerted a ton of effort in staying fit. Late last year, he posted several videos of his training session with Floyd Mayweather.
As with his diet, Bieber is lucky that he gets to eat everything he wants — fast food and junk food included.
“He’s the only client I allow to have McDonald’s whenever he wants. But he also likes chicken breast, whitefish, salmon, turkey, steak, rice, mashed and regular potatoes and weird greens like cauliflower,” Nilsson shared in a recent interview with ABC News.
