According to the promotional clip on Spoiler TV, the upcoming episode will make Riley Matthews (Rowan Blanchard) choose between her friends or her family as family game night comes around. However, in an effort to meet her father, Cory Matthews (Ben Savage), halfway, she ends up inviting the entire gang — Maya Hart (Sabrina Carpenter), Farkle Minkus (Corey Fogelmanis) and Lucas Friar (Peyton Meyer) over. However, Cory is disappointed by her choice as he loves family game night. Aside from that, he cannot seem to understand how she could choose her friends over her family, especially when Riley decides to team up with Maya instead of any of her family members. However, Cory himself becomes conflicted as he cannot kick Farkle, Lucas and Maya out of their well-loved family tradition,as he will risk losing Riley as well.

Meanwhile, much to Topanga Matthews’ (Daniel Fischel) chagrin, her son, Auggie (August Maturo), ends up inviting his little girlfriend, Ava Morgen Stern, over for family game night.
