Glee actor Mark Salling once again made it to the headlines when a 22-year-old woman accused him of rape. Former girlfriend Naya Rivera is not shocked with the accusation?
A woman whom Mark Salling dated for months accused the Glee actor of rape, reports claimed. The 22-year-old woman filed rape charges when Mark forced himself into her in a bathroom after the former changed her mind about having s*x with him.
The incident happened four years ago, Us Weekly noted. But the woman filed a report in April 2016. The actor also was accused of “forcing unprotected s*x” back in January 2013.
The charges was made by an ex-girlfriend named Roxanne Gorzela. The lawsuit, however, was settled when Mark Salling paid Gorzela an amount of more than $2.7 million, report said.
The Noah “Puck” Puckerman actor was also arrested for “suspicion of possessing thousands of child pornography photos and videos.” Mark pleaded not guilty and was fined with $150,000 and additional fine of $100,000 to ensure his court appearances.
Mark Salling was ordered “to stay at least 100 feet away from schools, parks, arcades and other places where children might congregate.” His passport was also confiscated.
Meanwhile, former girlfriend and Glee co-star Naya Rivera revealed her reaction on the child pornography charges on her book Sorry Not Sorry, the same website claimed.
In her book, she stated “I can’t say I was totally shocked, but still — WTF? Then I had no doubt that God really did have my back along the way.” The statement indicated how Mark Salling dumping her became a blessing in disguise.
Following the child pornography charges, the actor was dropped out of miniseries Adi Shankar’s Gods and Secrets.
Mark Salling has yet to comment on the charges against him. Stay tuned for more news and updates.
